Despite these precautions, I cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personally-identifiable information and in no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or for lost revenues or profits resulting from such unauthorized access and misuse of your information, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages or losses and regardless of the theory of liability.

Transborder hosting and transfer of information
This Site is hosted in the Province of Quebec, Canada. By using the Site and submitting information to it, you voluntarily consent to any transborder transfer and hosting of information resulting from your submission.

On-line privacy protection for children
The Site is not intentionally designed for or directed at children 17 years of age or younger, and I will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 18.
